PHOTO + VIDEO RENTALS

  1. What is the pricing for photo and video rentals?

Our pricing for photo and video rentals is as follows:

 • Hourly Rate: $45/hour *HOURLY RATE WILL APPLY IF HALF/FULL DAY ARE NOT CHOSEN

 • HALF DAY 4-Hour Rental: $110

 • FULL DAY 8-Hour Rental: $260

Tax is added at checkout, and full payment is required to secure your booking.

2. What amenities and gear are included with photo and video rentals?

• Set walls painted in different colors.

• A variety of couches and chairs.

• Set boxes (large apple boxes).

• Seamless paper (specific colors not guaranteed, but you can inquire about availability before youR booking)

• godox Strobe unit with trigger and transceiver.

• Godox continuous light unit.

• Various softboxes and light modifiers.

• Sandbags and much more.

3. Can I request specific seamless paper colors or set designs?

While we cannot guarantee specific seamless paper colors, you can reach out to us prior to your booking, and we’ll let you know what’s currently available. Set walls and props are available as shown during your booking.

4. How do I book a studio rental for photo or video purposes?

You can book directly through the “Book Your Rental” tab under the Rent Opya Studios dropdown menu on our website. 


EVENT RENTALS

1. What is the capacity for events at Opya Studios?

Our studio comfortably accommodates up to 75 guests, making it perfect for intimate gatherings, celebrations, or corporate events.

2. What amenities are available with event rentals?

• Tables and chairs (7 eight-ft tables, 4 six-foot tables, 4 high-top bar tables, 50 chairs, and 12 stools).

• Access to a kitchenette for event prep.

• Open-concept space with plenty of room for customization.

• Professional dj grade bluetooth speakers

• WI-FI connectivity

3. What additional services can I add to my event rental?

For an extra cost, you can add:

• Digital Photo Booth: $175

• Balloon Arch Installation: $220

• Tablecloth and Chair Cover Rental: $50 (black or white).

• Up-Lighting Rental: $75


Policies and Miscellaneous


1. Can I bring confetti, glitter, or similar decorations for my event or photoshoot?

Confetti, glitter, and similar decorations are not permitted for regular rentals as they are difficult to clean. However, if you book a photoshoot or event with us directly, we can provide protective plastic to make their use possible.


2. What’s the difference between photo/video rentals and event rentals?

Photo and video rentals have a separate pricing structure and include specific amenities like the cyclorama wall, lighting equipment, and dressing room access. Event rentals include seating, tables, and additional add-ons tailored for
